The following sets out both, the Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Digital Products and the License Agreement, a legal agreement between the buyer (referred to herein as “you”) of any product(s) and/or service(s) (as defined below) from us. 

 

These Terms of Sale and License Agreement ("Agreement") apply to all purchases of digital 3D print files (“Files”) made through www.realm3d.co.uk . By accessing the Website, purchasing, downloading, or using the Files, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using the Website immediately.

 

 

2. Digital Product and License Grant

Upon successful purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital Files for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the conditions below.

You may:

​

• Download and store the Files on your personal devices.

• 3D print the Files for personal, non-commercial use.

• Modify the Files for personal use only.

You may not:

​

• Resell, share, distribute, or gift the digital Files in original or modified form.

• Sell or commercially distribute physical 3D prints of the Files.

• Upload or redistribute the Files online, on marketplaces, file-sharing services, or cloud storage.

• Use the Files for NFTs, games, or other digital assets without prior written permission.

• Claim authorship or ownership of the Files or any derivative works.

All rights not expressly granted remain the property of Richard Wooller / Realm 3D.

3. Intellectual Property

​

All Files are the copyrighted intellectual property of Richard Wooller / Realm 3D. You are purchasing a license to use, not ownership of, the Files. Violation of this license may result in legal action and immediate termination of your rights to use the content.

 

 

3.1. Third Party Intellectual Property / Copyright Disclaimer

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and make every effort to ensure that all 3D models designed and created by us and sold or shared through this website are original works, some of which may or may not draw from various real-world and/or pop culture sources of inspiration. It is not our intention to infringe upon any existing copyrights, trademarks, or protected designs. Furthermore, exclusive of the Files, each name, title, image or any other form belongs to its owners. 4. Quality and Compatibility

​

We make every effort to ensure our Files are of high quality and functional. However, successful 3D printing depends on your hardware, software, and print settings. Please ensure your 3D printer and slicing software are compatible with .STL formats before purchase. We do not guarantee successful results on all machines or configurations. For further information about the quality and compatibility of our Files, please see the “About Us” section on the Website.

5. No Warranty / Liability

​

The Files are provided “as is” without warranties, except as required by law. We are not liable for any issues resulting from or relating to print failures, printer damage, or misuse of the Files.

6. Payment and Delivery

​

All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments. You must provide accurate and complete payment information to complete your purchase. All products sold on this website are digital files, not physical goods. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link or access to your purchased files via:

• A confirmation email sent to the address provided during checkout, or

• A direct download link on the order confirmation page

If you do not receive access within 1 hour, please check your spam folder or contact us at hellothere@realm3d.co.uk . You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and that you can access the internet to download the files.

7. Refunds and Faulty Content

​

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns, hence no refunds can be offered and all sales are final once a purchase has been made and/or the Files have been downloaded or accessed. By purchasing, you acknowledge and consent to waive your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If the Files are defective, corrupted, or not as described, you may be entitled to request a repair, replacement, or partial/full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at hellothere@realm3d.co.uk within 14 days of purchase with evidence of the issue and we will investigate further.

8. International Customers

​

We welcome international customers. These terms are governed under UK law, but you may have additional rights under your local consumer protection laws. We strive to accommodate reasonable refund requests in compliance with those rights.

9. Termination

​

Your license will terminate automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Files in your possession, and cease all related use, whether personal or otherwise.

10. Changes to Terms

​

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. The current version will always be available on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
